Communications. We keep records of our communications with you, including calls, emails, and text messages, and the date and method of any consent you give us.

If you opt in to receive text messages from VIZURI LLC, we use your mobile phone number to send the types of messages you agreed to receive: non-marketing messages (such as strategy session confirmations and reminders and replies to your inquiry) and, only if you separately opted in, marketing messages (such as special offers, discounts, and service updates). Your mobile information is never shared or sold. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
