SMS Terms
These SMS Terms apply to the text messaging program operated by VIZURI LLC ("Vizuri," "we," "us," or "our"). They are part of our Terms & Conditions.

Program description
VIZURI LLC's SMS program sends strategy-session confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiry, and, if you opted in, occasional offers about Agentic OS services.
You can opt in by checking one or both of the optional text message consent boxes on our booking form at /pre-booking, or by giving verbal consent during a phone call with Vizuri. The non-marketing option covers messages about your strategy session booking, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to your service inquiry. The marketing option covers messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
Cancellation (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in reply to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency and rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provided.
Privacy
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://vizurillc.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
How we collect consent
On our booking form, there are two separate consent checkboxes below the phone number field. Both are optional and unchecked by default, and you can submit the form without checking either:
- “I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from VIZURI LLC about my strategy session booking, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to my service inquiry. Message frequency may vary, message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”
- “I consent to receive marketing text messages, about special offers, discounts, and service updates, from VIZURI LLC at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.”
We do not buy, rent, or use purchased lists of phone numbers.
