These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vizuri website and the services offered by VIZURI LLC ("Vizuri," "we," "us," or "our"), including strategy sessions and Agentic OS. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Our services
Vizuri provides AI consulting and automation services for small businesses, including Agentic OS, an AI-agent operating system that helps with answering calls and messages, booking, follow-up, and back-office work. The specific scope, pricing, and terms of any paid engagement will be described in a separate proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Strategy sessions
We offer a complimentary 20-minute Agentic OS strategy session with our founder, Lisa Strickland. The session is informational and does not create any obligation for you to purchase services. Please give us notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. We may reschedule or decline sessions at our discretion.
3. SMS program terms
The following terms apply to text messages sent by VIZURI LLC. See also our standalone SMS Terms.
Program description
VIZURI LLC's SMS program sends strategy-session confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiry, and, if you opted in, occasional offers about Agentic OS services.
You can opt in by checking one or both of the optional text message consent boxes on our booking form at /pre-booking, or by giving verbal consent during a phone call with Vizuri. The non-marketing option covers messages about your strategy session booking, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to your service inquiry. The marketing option covers messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
Cancellation (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in reply to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency and rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provided.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation or security of the website, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or to submit false or misleading information, including a phone number you are not authorized to use.
5. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to VIZURI LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Disclaimers
Our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. We do not guarantee any specific business results from our strategy sessions or services. AI systems can make mistakes, and you remain responsible for reviewing how they are used in your business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIZURI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or a complimentary session will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIZURI LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website or services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
